Payment options
We do not have credit card processing facility on our site. However we accept Drafts, Banker's Check or Bank Transfer.


Packing Information
The unframed painting or canvas placemats will be shipped rolled in a stiff cylindrical container. For framed paintings the shipment will be in a rectangular carton. In both cases adequate protective packing will be provided.


Insurance
In all cases the painting will be insured by us at our cost.



Shipment Mode
Through any reputed courier of your choice .The shipment can be tracked online with the consignment Airway Bill Number provided by us once the shipment has been dispatched.


Shipment charges
Shipment charges will vary depending on the size of painting and the type of framing done.


Framing details
We prefer the painting be shipped unframed. However you do have the option of having the painting framed by us. Charges for such services will be provided on request.


Refund Policy
We wait for a period of three days after the consignment has reached you for you to confirm by email that the piece has reached you in good condition, and that you are happy with your purchase. In case we do not hear from you within 3 days we will assume that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know IMMEDIATELY and in any case within 3 days if the consignment is damaged when you receive it. You should save and courier the damaged piece and the defective packaging to us at your cost so that we can lodge a claim with the Insurance company. All consignments are insured and recovering our losses will enable us to refund your full purchase price more quickly.
